Today's entry is for adults only! Hahaha...just joking! This entry is to share with you about marriage life. I'm not perfect neither my husband but we have been through such a nice, loving, romantic marriage life though sometimes we have to go through a rough, tough, turbulent moment. Different people will have different ways in navigating their marriage. Anddddd my marriage life goes like this......!
First five years ~ "Head Over Heels "...Ha ha ha..The period when my hubby and I fell head over heel for each other. With two children, not much of things in mind, everything is great! Not much of quarrelling. (not much, eh! ) We owned what is needed in life i.e cars, house, bla bla bla... We learn about each other everyday. Learn about his strength and his weaknesses. Same goes to him, he learns about me, about my weakness, my weakness, and my weakness...hahaha... It's like navigating the ship in the ocean where you can't find the end. You find new harbour everyday but you will never know what's the end of the ocean like! Wow! What a shok shek! (Fatin, I'm using your words, ok..)
Then, move to the next five years ~ "It Takes Two to Tango"...hmm... "We always tango! Hahaha...This is the period when we really need each other to be safe on the ship of marriage. My hubby navigate, and me, helping out with all the equipments on board. With four children on board, everything are totally different. Expenses, time, relationship, are not the same like we were at the first five years. It really takes two to tango. If my hubby has difficulties in handling the ship, I will take over the ship! We will do anything so that we can sail across the sea safely. Some people are not willing to tango. Being selfish, arrogant, unable to accept one another and at the end, their ship wrecked. For me this period is a critical period in marriage life because it is not easy to cope with someone who is different from you. Remember about navigating the ship in the ocean? Yes, though it was ten years of marriage, I still don't understand him and vice versa. Like I said before, you will never find the end of the ocean!
Hmm...and now, 19 years of marriage - "A match made in heaven!"... Why a match made in heaven? Hmm...don't know how to say in words but at this years of marriage and with six children on board, we are still in head over heels period and always in takes two to tango period! After experiencing many things in marriage life, we are still together, still have the passion to make our marriage life at the level best and still have the eagerness to sail our ship to the end of the ocean........
